Hi Parents!
Here we are with just 3 days of school left. It has been an amazing year and thank you all once again for your on going support.
Last week our SK students had the chance to visit some Grade 1 classes, they also went out for a regular school recess and had a question answer period with a couple of "Grade 1 Experts". this is part of our Transition to Grade 1 plan. They now have a better understanding of how things will be a little different next year. Please ask them about this. They all seem very excited to move on.
I also wanted to take the opportunity to let you know that Ms. Deek is also moving on. Sadly she has been placed at a new school in September, though we wanted to keep her and she wanted to stay, the move was out of our hands. We wish her the best in her new assignment!
Lastly, your child went home with his/her blanket Friday, please do not send it back. Their change of clothes and indoor shoes will all go home this week. If you have anything at home that needs to be returned to school, please do so by Wednesday.
