Hi Parents!

 It was so nice to meet with most of you at our Parent/Teacher Night. Mrs. Scott  and I really enjoyed sharing our observations and discussing your child's progress. Please remember that such discussions do not have to be restricted to those formal meetings. We are happy to have those conversations whenever you feel the need. Below are a few items to take note of...

Please continue to use Remind to share other information such as your child's absence or other questions. Twitter continues to be a great way for you to stay connected with things going on in the class. Please make sure to follow Mrs. Scott also if you haven't  already.

December is going to be a fun filled month. We have been practicing for our Christmas Play. The children are very excited. We also have a Gingerbread Shop under construction in the class. They are very excited to take part in it in a number of different ways. We have also had two elves visiting our classroom. The children are enjoying reading their letters and writing back to them.

Our Christmas Play will be held on December 21st at 9:15 in the gym followed by a craft in the classroom. Everything will be over by 10:30. We are looking forward to seeing you all there.

Finally, I'd like to take the time to thank all the amazing parent volunteers in our class, those who make play dough, came on the field trip and volunteer with reading.  Mrs. Scott and I all very appreciative of your interest and willingness to support all of our Yellow Dragons.
