Hi Parents!

I hope this entry finds you all well. Our city was hit badly this weekend and I hope none of you suffered any major damage. If you have and are looking for any support please let me know how I can help.

Homework

Homework begins this week. All you need is in the red folder. Please make sure you turn the folder in on Fridays so the homework can be reviewed and new work entered. I mentioned at the Parent Night that students were to do five sentences. I was getting a little ahead of myself. We always start with one and make our way to five by the end of the year. If your child would like to try to do three, that would be fine any more than that can wait till after Christmas. If they'd like to do extra work, I recommend Razkids and Zorbit online programs (information is included in the red folder).

Vision and Hearing

Please make sure that your child has their ears and eyes checked at their next doctor visit.


Terry Fox Walk

Our Terry Fox walk is this Friday. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately.

Mass

We had our first Mass on Friday at the church. The children did a great job at being respectful and following the Service.
